No-kit posture circuit (20 min)
Beginner · 25–39 · ~20 min
A 20-minute equipment-free circuit of wall angels, glute bridges and supermans to strengthen the anti-slouch muscles. Below is a research-backed prompt for ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini — copy it, paste the reply into sweatcue, and run the whole bodyweight workout hands-free.
Session at a glance
This is how sweatcue structures the session once you paste it in — timed blocks with auto-starting rest and spoken cues. Figures are read from the prompt itself.

Why it's built this way
Bodyweight circuits build real strength-endurance in the targeted muscles, and these moves hit the upper-back, glutes and spinal erectors that get under-used from sitting. Slow, controlled reps with a squeeze at the end of range are a sound way to train without equipment. Honest caveat: there's no evidence a circuit like this permanently changes your posture — the gain is stronger, more enduring muscles, which usually means fewer end-of-day aches.

Run it hands-free in sweatcue
sweatcue is an AI workout dashboard: paste the AI's reply and it runs the whole session on screen and out loud — auto timers, spoken cues for every set, rest and rep, and your live numbers. The AI writes it; sweatcue runs it.
